D1610R is a copolymer lotion composed of special polyether and modified
polysiloxane, which can be widely used in water-based formulas, such as pure acrylic
lotion, styrene acrylic lotion, vinyl and EVA lotion, PU dispersion, mixing system,
resin, water diluble formula, water-based epoxy formula, printing ink and varnish,
leather finish, wood and furniture coatings, high solid content transparent coatings,
industrial coatings, architectural coatings, etc., with excellent defoaming performance
High compatibility, which can minimize the risk of surface defects.

Third, Product application
D1610R can be used in water-based formula, and can be widely used in varnish and
paint formula to effectively prevent micro bubbles and bubbles. Although it is
especially suitable for airless spraying formula, drenching construction, water-based
epoxy formula, printing ink and varnish, leather finish, wood and furniture coatings,
high solid content transparent coatings, industrial coatings, architectural coatings, etc.

Fifth, Process description
Mixing before use
It is suggested to add in the form of supply
It can be added in the grinding stage or paint mixing stage
The long-term effect of defoamer depends on the system and is tested in different
formulas (it is recommended to experiment under different humidity)

Sixth, Packaging and storage
25kg, 50kg, 200kg plastic barrel packaging.
Put it in a cool and dry place. When it is not opened, the validity period is 2 years.
