Dispersant DISP2206


Description
Disp2206 is a polymeric dispersant suitable for organic pigment especially dispersion
in medium polarity solvent borne and UV coating systems. It has good compatibility
with many kinds of resin, suitable for all kinds of pigment and filler, and with strong
dispersing power and excellent store stability.


Physics and Chemical properties
Ingredient:Block copolymer of macromolecular with acidic groups
Appearance: Brown transparent liquid

Specialty
1. Disp2206 dispersant suitable for all kinds of pigment dispersion in medium
polarity solvent borne coating systems, especially for organic pigment such as HPP
and with good compatibility.
2. Disp2206 is polymeric dispersant with strong dispersing power and excellent store
stability.
3. Disp2206 dispersant suitable for those organic pigments hard to disperse in high
solid content because of it could decrease the viscosity effectively.


Application System and Dosage

Disp2206 is recommended to use in medium polarity solvent borne and UV
coating systems.
Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 10%
to 15% to inorganic pigment, 5% to 6% to TiO2, 30% to 50% dosage to organic
pigment, 50% to 100% to carbon black.
