Waterborne Non Silicon Defoamer D207R
(Similar to NOPCO NXZ)

First, Product Overview
D207R is liquid defoaming agent, and it has strong defoaming effect and good
durability, which is applied for latex paints, emulsion and all kinds of tackifier
systems.
Second, Typical Technical data
Component: metallic soap and surface active agent
Appearance: yellow semitransparent liquid
Density (25℃):0.8-0.9 g/ml
Viscosity(25℃):1000-4000 mPa.s
Active ingredient: 100%
Water solubility:Can be emulsified
Third, Product Performance andApplication
D207R can be applied for all kinds of latex systems, such as styrene/butadiene, crylic
acid, PVC and its copolymer, ethylene/VAC, dichloroethylene and water-soluble
alkyd and so on.
High effective defoaming ability and durability
Adding amount in coating systems is 0.2-0.3% of total formula, and in adhesive
systems is 0.2-0.5% of emulsion solid content.
This defoaming agent can add directly or use after pre-dispersed in water. Add this
agent twice when making coatings: add half in grinding phase which is aimed at
inhibiting the bubbles, add the remaining half when formulating the coating.
Fourth, Product Packing and Storage
Storage stability: at least 24 months in sealed condition in shady and cool and
ventilate place. There will be solidification when it meets cold, it can melt in room
temperature, but direct heating is forbidden.
