First, properties
Ingredients: active group modified supra polymer polyurethane solution
Appearance: Yellow to yellowish brown transparent liquid
Solid content: 50%

Second, application features
Alinear structured aliphatic acrylic polyurethane polymer hyperdispersant containing
multiple anchoring groups. Suitable for producing high concentration color pastes that
require long-term storage.
It has strong wettability and stability for carbon black and other organic pigments.
Especially in black slurries, it has a strong effect on reducing viscosity. The carbon
black in the black paste formula can reach up to 20%, and the viscosity of the color
paste is similar to that of the monomer, without any false thickening phenomenon.
Excellent weather resistance, excellent color development, high gloss of color paste,
good storage stability, and no coarsening. It can be used for high-end automotive
coatings and outdoor weather resistant coating systems. The comparison test with
other brands of super dispersants shows that the performance of this product has
reached the effect of free radical polymerization dispersant.
It has good compatibility with most oil-based resins and is fully suitable for low,
medium, and high polarity systems.
It has been experimentally proven that this product can be used in organic pigment
systems to produce resin free universal color pastes with excellent stability.
Third, applications
It is applied for solvent coatings, inks and paints, which is used for making high
quality paste and paint.
Fourth, additive amount
5-20% of inorganic pigment content; For organic pigment content of 20-50% and
carbon black content of 25-100%.
Fifth, packing
25kg/50kg plastic barrel/steel barrel, the sample is 80ml.
