Clear Epoxy Curing Agent DH-3239 Hardener

DH-3239 cures to a crystal-clear, high-gloss film ideal for transparent epoxy topcoats and decorative finishes. Its light color and low viscosity allow deep self-leveling with no cloudiness or streaks. Metallic flake and colored quartz floors gain vivid depth when sealed with a DH-3239 based clear coat.

What is the recommended mixing ratio of DH-3239 with epoxy resin?

The recommended ratio is 100 parts liquid epoxy resin to 50 parts DH-3239 by weight when the resin EEW is about 190 g/eq. Adjust proportionally for resins with different epoxy equivalent weights.

How long is the pot life of DH-3239 at 25℃?

The usable time of a 100g mix is around 30-50 minutes at 25℃. For large-area projects, prepare material in smaller batches to stay within the open time.

Can DH-3239 be used in self-leveling floor coating systems?
