Non Yellowing Epoxy Curing Agent DH-3239 Hardener

DH-3239 keeps light-colored and clear epoxy coatings from yellowing over time. The cycloaliphatic amine structure resists UV-related discoloration far better than conventional hardeners, preserving the original shade of white and pastel floor systems. It is the hardener of choice where appearance retention matters.

What is the recommended mixing ratio of DH-3239 with epoxy resin?

The recommended ratio is 100 parts liquid epoxy resin to 50 parts DH-3239 by weight when the resin EEW is about 190 g/eq. Adjust proportionally for resins with different epoxy equivalent weights.

How long is the pot life of DH-3239 at 25℃?

The usable time of a 100g mix is around 30-50 minutes at 25℃. For large-area projects, prepare material in smaller batches to stay within the open time.

Can DH-3239 be used in self-leveling floor coating systems?

Yes. Its viscosity of 300-500 mPa﹥s allows excellent flow and leveling, producing smooth, bubble-free surfaces in self-leveling epoxy floors. It is one of the most common uses of this hardener.
