DH-3239 is a fully solid, solvent-free cycloaliphatic amine hardener developed for electronic potting and encapsulation. The low viscosity system penetrates tightly wound coils and component gaps easily, while the balanced reactivity controls exotherm during cure. Cured compounds show stable electrical insulation and dependable thermal performance.
