Low Viscosity Phenolic Novolac Epoxy Resin NPPN-638S

1, General Description
NPPN-638S is a specially engineered low viscosity phenolic novolac epoxy resin designed to address processing challenges of high-functionality epoxy systems. Unlike conventional novolac epoxies requiring elevated temperatures or solvent dilution, NPPN-638S achieves a viscosity range of 5000-10000 Cps at 25C while maintaining 100% solid content, making it ideal for solvent-free and low-VOC formulations. The resin features an epoxy equivalent weight of 170-185 g/eq and retains excellent thermal and chemical resistance characteristics. Through advanced molecular weight distribution control, DAHUA has optimized resin rheology providing excellent fiber wet-out and impregnation characteristics for composite manufacturing processes.
