DISP 5606 Polymer Dispersing Agent with Star-type Molecular Structure

Product Overview

DISP 5606 is a polymer dispersing agent with star-type molecular structure. It has excellent wetting ability of both inorganic and organic pigments. It could greatly decrease the viscosity of the system and increase the pigment content in the pigment paste.

DISP 5606 is suitable for medium polarity systems and has excellent compatibility with most of common resins
DISP 5606 could greatly decrease the viscosity of the system and increase the pigment content in the pigment paste.

Application System and Dosage

DISP 5606 is suitable for medium polarity resin systems, it is particularly suitable for UV curable systems. Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the manufacture with 10% to 15% dosage upon inorganic pigments, 5% to 6% upon TiO2, 30% to 90% upon organic pigments, 70% to 100% dosage upon carbon black.
