Low Molecular Excellent Wetting Dispersing Pigments Dispersant Disp-306

Description

Disp-306 is a low molecular weight wetting agent. It has excellent wetting ability for many kinds of pigments. It could decrease the mill viscosity and it could increase the pigment content in the color paste. It has excellent anti-flooding and anti-floating ability.

Specialty

1. Disp-306 has excellent effect on wetting dispersing pigments. It can avoid the color separation effectively when mix the painting whose formula has titanium dioxide with other pigments.

2. Disp-306 doesn’t contain polysiloxane ingredient and has no reversal influence on paint film, on the opposite, can improve the flatting and touch feeling.

Application System and Dosage

Disp-306 is recommended to used in the alkyd, acrylate, amino baking varnish, 2K PU, epoxy painting and so on.

Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 0.5% to 2% to inorganic pigment, with 10% to 30% to organic pigment.
