DISP 6006 is a macromolecule super dispersant with pigment groups, it provides good pigment wetting and excellent anti-settling, anti-flocculation, anti-flooding and anti-floating abilities. ASTRA DISP 6006 could be used in both water-borne and solvent-borne systems.

• DISP 6006 is suitable for high polarity systems, it has excellent compatibility with most of common resins.
• DISP 6006 could greatly decrease the grinding viscosity and increase the pigment content in the pigment paste.

DISP 6006 is recommended for high polarity systems. Usually, it should be introduced before the grinding stage during the manufacture with 1% to 5% dosage upon inorganic pigments, 20% to 50% dosage upon organic pigments and 40% to 100% dosage upon carbon black.
