DISP 3906 is an organic pigment derivative. It could cooperate with various hyperdispersants to improve dispersing of orange, yellow and red organic pigments. The synergist could cause the millbase viscosity to be dramatically reduced. ASTRA DISP 3906 is suitable for solvent-borne coating systems as a pigmentary synergist.

• DISP 3906 is suitable for solvent-borne coating systems. When cooperating with hyperdispersants it could cause the millbase viscosity to be dramatically reduced. Meanwhile, it may be advantageous to include the use of ASTRA DISP 3906 synergist in combination with the hyperdispersant.
• DISP 3906 could significantly improve dispersion process of red and yellow organic pigments.

DISP 3906 is recommended for acrylic systems, amino baking varnishes, polyurethane systems, UV curable inks. ASTRA DISP 3906 could be
used in solvent-borne industrial paints and refinish systems as the cooperative dispersant for pigment pastes. Usually, it is recommended to combine the additive with the hyperdispersant with around 25% dosage upon the hyperdispersant. The dosage may be different in terms of various types of systems.
