DISP 1906 Polymer Compound with Pigment Affinity Groups Wetting Agent

DISP 1906 is a polymer dispersing agent with excellent wetting ability for various pigments. It significantly reduces viscosity in millbase and increases pigment content in pigment paste while providing excellent storage stability. This additive is particularly suitable for UV curable systems.

DISP 1906 is suitable for both water-borne and solvent-borne systems. It is recommended to introduce the additive before the dispersion stage during manufacture with the following dosage guidelines:

• 2% to 4% dosage upon TiO₂
• 1% to 5% dosage upon other inorganic pigments
• 30% to 90% dosage upon organic pigments
• 70% to 100% dosage upon carbon black
