Disp-1406 is a dispersant with acid group and it is suitable for inorganic pigments in water-based, solvent -based and UV curing systems. It could decrease the viscosity and improve the pigments loading.

Specialty

1. Disp-1406 has excellent compatibility with many kinds of resins. 

2. Disp-1406 could decrease the mill viscosity and it could increase the pigment content in the color paste. 

Application System and Dosage

Disp-1406 is suitable for both water-based and solvent-based systems.

Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 1% to 5% to other inorganic pigment, with 2% to 4% to TiO₂.
