Description

Disp-5506 is a polymeric dispersant designed suitable for both organic pigment and inorganic pigments in waterborne system. It could decrease the viscosity with low foaming, meanwhile, increase the paint film gross.

 

Physics and Chemical properties

Ingredient:Copolymer with pigment unique affinity group

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Specialty

1. Disp-5506 dispersant suitable for organic pigment dispersion in water borne coating systems. 

2. Disp-5506 is a polymeric dispersant so that could make the system low foaming. 

3. Disp-5506 dispersant suitable for those organic pigments hard to disperse in high solid content

 

Application System and Dosage

Disp-5506 is recommended to use in water borne coating systems.

Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 20% to 50% dosage to organic pigment quality, 40% to 100% dosage to carbon black.

Storage: Keep away from heat and fire, store in a cool and ventilated environment at 10-35 ℃, and store in a sealed manner.
