Yellow Transparent Liquid Waterborne Wetting Dispersing Agent D-755W

(Similar to TEGO-755W)

D-755W enables pigment to deflocculate through space steric hindrance. Because the pigment particles of deflocculation are very small, the luster and color intensity are improved. In addition, increase product transparency and hiding power. As the viscosity of the product is reduced after dispersion, the leveling property is improved, and the content of pigment can be increased.

Addition method and processing guidance

In order to obtain performance, additives need to be slowly added (under stirring) to the mixture of grinding resin, cosolvent or lotion resin. When it is used for resin free pigment concentrate slurry, the auxiliary agent shall be mixed with water evenly before adding the pigment, and the pigment shall be added after the auxiliary agent is fully dispersed.

Application

Recommended: water-based pigment concentrate, architectural coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, printing inks.

Features and Benefits

D-755W is the best dispersant for producing stable pigment concentrate without resin for general industrial waterborne paint system without floating color and hairiness. In order to obtain performance, it is recommended that only pigments, D-755W and water (without resin and cosolvent) be used for grinding. D-755W contains no organic solvent and is only applicable to water-based systems.
