The coating defoamer D-052 is a non foaming polymer solution without silicone. It can be used as a standard defoamer in solvent coatings and inks. It can effectively prevent bubbles and bubbles in the production, packaging and construction of paints and inks. Fourth,Recommended dosage

In order to obtain sufficient defoaming effect, it is suggested to add defoamer D-052 in the grinding process, and the dosage is 0.1-0.5% of the total amount. If it is added in the later stage, enough shear force is needed to ensure good dispersion of  D-052, so as to prevent shrinkage. Because of its strong immiscibility, the effect on transparency and shrinkage of varnish system must be evaluated.
