Industrial Paint Solvent Coating And Inks Silicone-Free Defoamer D-052 (Analogous to BYK-052, EFKA-2020, Deuchem3500, HUAXIA2500)

The coating defoamer D-052 is a non-foaming polymer solution without silicone. It can be used as a standard defoamer in solvent coatings and inks. It effectively prevents bubbles during the production, packaging and construction of paints and inks, with the following characteristics:

• Fast defoaming
• Prevents foaming
• Good versatility
• Light color
• Re-coating safety

• Appearance: colorless to light yellow liquid
• Active ingredients: about 20%
• Density (20 ℃): 0.835-0.885 g/cm³
• Solvent: mineral oil solvent

Performs exceptionally well in the following paint systems:

• Industrial paint
• Automotive paint
• Architectural paint
• Wood paint

Also suitable for can and coil coating applications.

For optimal defoaming effect, add defoamer D-052 during the grinding process at 0.1-0.5% of total volume. If added later, sufficient shear force is required to ensure proper dispersion and prevent shrinkage.

Due to its strong immiscibility, evaluate effects on transparency and shrinkage in varnish systems.
