Description

 DF-104 is a universal organic silicone defoamer with great acceptant performance price ratio, excellent in compatibility, low possibility to cause crater, rapid defoaming speed and it could be used in any step of the manufacture od paint. It is suitable for epoxy and UV coating systems.

 

Physics and Chemical properties

1.  DF-104 defoamer behavior in oil coating appears good compatibility.

2. DF-104 defoamer is suitable for low viscosity epoxy system very much. 

3.  DF-104 defoamer could provide outstanding defoam ability. 

 

Application System and Dosage

DF-104 is recommended to use in the alkyd, acrylic, especial for epoxy and polyurethane oil coating systems, as well as those solvent free systems.

Usually, it could be charged at random stage during the produce with 0.1% to 1% dosage to gross.
