Description

Disp-1106 is a low molecular weight wetting dispersant that has preferable wetting dispersing ability. It is suitable for various pigments and fillers, especial for inorganic pigments. It can decrease the system viscosity, speed up the liquidity, shorten the grinded time.

1. Disp-1106 is suitable for various solvent systems. It can advance the wetting dispersing for the pigments and fillers, decrease the system viscosity, speed up the liquidity and shorten the grinded dispersing time.

2. Disp-1106 is suitable for unsaturated polyester system. It has no negative influence on the drying time.

 

Application System and Dosage

Disp-1106 is recommended to use in solvent borne coating systems.

Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 1% to 2% to inorganic pigment, with 5% to 20% to bentonite.
